The McComb city board on Tuesday made the first step in getting the city’s ailing streets repaired.
In a 5-1 vote, with Selectman Melvin Joe Johnson opposing, the board gave Public Works Director Philip Russell the go-ahead to bid out the project.
“I want to move as quickly as possible,” Selectman Ted Tullos said.
