In a special meeting Wednesday, McComb officials tussled over an upcoming runoff election to fill a vacancy on the city board.

After invalidating a contested ballot from a Feb. 23 special election, a judge ruled Tuesday that the new election would be held June 14 in the city’s Ward 3.
