South Pike's Ja'Borri McGhee transferring to Mississippi State

Former South Pike Eagle Ja'Borri McGhee announced that he would be playing a bit closer to home Sunday.

The 6-foot-1 guard spent the 2024 season with UAB, and after a highly successful campaign with the Blazers, McGhee has parlayed his strong play into an opportunity to suit up for Mississippi State.
