For the first time since the early 1970s, volleyball will be played at Southwest Mississippi C.C. this fall.
The school worked for years to bring the sport back on campus, and all of the planning and build-up comes to fruition this week when the Lady Bears venture to William Carey on Friday for their first scrimmage of the season.
