The Parklane Pioneers tennis team will compete in the MAIS South State playoffs tomorrow at Jackson Prep beginning at 9 a.m.
A handful of individual student-athletes will be competing not only to earn points for the Pioneers, but also to qualify themselves as individuals for the State tournament next Wednesday in Jackson. The two finalists in each event (boys singles, girls singles, boys doubles, etc.) will qualify for State.
Parklane will be one of seven schools represented in the South State tournament, along with: Presbyterian Christian, Lamar School, Columbia Academy, Copiah Academy, East Rankin Academy and the hosts from Jackson Prep.
