A man was sentenced to serve 40 years in prison Monday for his role in the Feb. 20, 2022, shooting at a McComb park that killed a 6-year-old boy and wounded four others.
Malik Reed received a 60-year sentence on charges of second -degree murder and aggravated assault, with 20 years suspended and five years post-release supervision.
