A man who had already been freed on bond in Louisiana on a second-degree murder charge picked up more charges Wednesday when officers spotted him allegedly driving a stolen vehicle, leading to a lunch hour manhunt in western McComb.

Another day, another manhunt: Suspects in custody after tense searches

Two separate manhunts in less than 24 hours Tuesday and Wednesday resulted in the arrests of two felony suspects and frayed nerves across Pike County.
Just before noon Wednesday, lawmen descended on western McComb in their pursuit of a local man reportedly wanted in Jackson.
