I was born and raised in Pike County and have committed to selflessly serving others, finding solutions to problems, standing in the gap for those who feel left out and cut off, and always holding space for transparency and accountability. Over the last four years, I have worked in legislative affairs, alongside lawmakers to assist with crafting legislation that helped to replace our state flag, increase teacher salaries, repair roads and bridges, and expand Medicaid for new mothers. I have worked for the government and in the nonprofit sector managing people, projects, and multi-million dollar budgets from the Centers for Disease Control, the Office of Adolescent Health, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. I served six years in the Army National Guard, and I own and operate a consulting firm. I believe that the culmination of my experiences affords me a comprehensive set of skills that will allow me to be a champion that will fight to keep your voices in the board room.
