Law enforcement experience is invaluable and can not be duplicated and shouldn't be overlooked. Being a coroner is a death investigation position. I have had crime scene investigation training. I have many years of experience responding to and investigating death calls as suspicious until it was determined they were not. In addition to this experience and training, I'll be going through additional training for coroner as well.
