Following the conclusion of the 2024 football season, the Mississippi High School Activities Association revealed its All-State rosters for the year.
McComb and South Pike each featured prominently on the squads, with the Tigers seeing five athletes earn honors while the Eagles landed four on the various teams.
From McComb, sophomore wide receiver Sheldon Isaac, who holds multiple offers from SEC schools, joined senior offensive lineman Gerald Jackson on the 4A first-team offense.
Senior linebacker Martavious Brown and sophomore defensive back Delwin Perkins landed on the first-team defense, while senior linebacker Sha’mar “Sandman” Sawyer earned second-team honors.
For South Pike, junior tight end Zarkevion Brown and senior offensive lineman Michael Christian were second-team offense picks at the 3A level.
Senior safety Janorri Malloy graced the first-team defense, while junior defensive end Micah Nickerson was placed on the second team.
