Following the conclusion of the 2024 football season across the state, Sports Illustrated has released a poll to decide who the best Mississippi high school football player on the offensive side was from this year.
Parklane standout running back Jax Toler was one of eight nominees for the honor, as the senior ran for a whopping 2,001 yards to go along with 35 touchdowns, all of which came on roughly seven yards per carry.
Toler joins Noxubee County's KaMario Taylor, Tupelo's Jaeden Hill, Holmes County's Garrison Davis, Leake Academy's Matthew Nowell and George Wilcox, Charleston's Marcus Flowers Jr. and Murrah's Braishun Forbes on the list.
The link to vote can be found here, and the poll will close on December 31.
