Mississippi School Boards Association officials visited McComb City Hall on Tuesday to discuss the importance of picking the right people for seats on the McComb school board.
The city board appoints four of the school board’s five members, with the next appointment scheduled for 2026 for the seat held by Betsy Murrell.
