No charges have been filed against a man involved in a shooting that arose out of an apparent domestic dispute in the parking lot of Love’s Truck Stop last weekend, Magnolia police said.
Police Chief Sonya Woodall said David Merrick, 43, allegedly shot Joseph Badon, 43, around 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
