A delayed thanks

Murry Quinn Bates survived World War II and Korea, but not the injuries he sustained while fighting in Vietnam.
But his sister-in-law, Missy Bates, wanted to make sure he was represented at a ceremony held Wednesday at the Pike County courthouse to mark the 50th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War.
