McComb schools to put on Amelia Earhart play

In honor of Women’s History Month, the McComb School District’s Fine Arts Program will present “I’m Gonna Fly,” a play honoring the life of aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart, Friday and Saturday at Denman Junior High School.

Donation sought for tornado victims; volunteers needed for clean up

The Emergency Management Agency in Walthall County is accepting tornado relief supplies at 908 Amory Drive from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Anyone wishing to donate items may contact Carolyn Knight at 504-458-4788.
Area churches in the disaster area will be in charge of distributing the donations that are collected.
