A Kentwood, La., man has been charged on 40 counts of sex crimes involving child pornography and the abuse of animals, Tangipahoa Parish sheriff’s officials said Monday.
Michael Helton, 44, was originally charged in October with seven counts of child pornography following a two-month investigation.
