Sip-and-see for Greene exhibit set for Dec. 6 at McComb library

McComb Library has art by Don Greene, an art instructor trained in teaching the Bob Ross style of painting who recently moved to the area from Florida, on display in the gallery through December.
A “Sip and See” for the exhibit will be held 10 a.m. to noon Dec. 6.

1 killed, others wounded in shootings

A McComb man is dead and several other people have been wounded in recent shootings in the city.
Quentin Gayden was shot near North Cherry Street and Avenue F around 5:20 p.m. Thursday, Pike County Coroner Wally Jones said.
Gayden died at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson on Sunday.
