McComb officials approved leasing 20 cameras to improve security downtown and in other areas, and accepted funding for 20 more.
The cameras — offered by Project NOLA, based at the University of New Orleans — will be able to rotate 360 degrees, pan, tilt, zoom in to a subject and detect humans and vehicles in the daytime or at night.
