McComb officials approved plans on spending a third of the city’s $3.2 million in American Rescue Plan Act funds, but one selectman took issue with the use of the money during Tuesday’s board meeting.
Selectman Ted Tullos said nearly all of the $3.2 million should be spent on water, sewer and stormwater drainage projects.
