BROOKHAVEN — Going against a pitcher who is known for being one of the best in the area proved to be too much for the Pike County 12-year-old National League all-stars as their season came to an end with a 3-0 loss to Lincoln National in the district tournament at the Lincoln Civic Center in Brookhaven Tuesday.
