City: Shutoffs coming Monday for late October water bills

‘Litter lady’ to city: Do more

Patsy Brumfield, the self-described “litter lady out on Apache Drive,” called on McComb officials Tuesday to take the initiative to clean up trash throughout the community.
Brumfield said it took her three days in November to clean Apache Drive, where she lives, going from Delaware Avenue to Veterans Boulevard and filling 12 trash bags.
