McComb officials finalized Tuesday the last of three steps that needed to be taken in order for the city and Pike County to apply for a state loan to build new airport hangars.
The city and county, which jointly own the airport, are borrowing $200,000 each from the Mississippi Development Authority to build 10 enclosed hangars.
