When Quordiniah Lockley took office in July as McComb’s city administrator, “I had some real challenges for me and the city,” he told McComb Exchange Club members Thursday.
The biggest challenge, he said, was preparing a budget in tight economic times.
“We had declining revenue in property tax and sales tax,” he said.
