More than 100 people braved the rain and wind Thursday night to gather at the Nehi Circle crossing and remember the lives of Latrish LaShay Earl, LaRoy Jamal Hood and MaKayla Jo’Ann Perkins, who died there Monday afternoon in a car-train collision.
The accident remains under investigation.
