Magnolia needs to get better control of its stray dog problem, a resident told city aldermen Tuesday night.
Lori Daddio told aldermen that unsuccessful attempts to remove a dog from the Aaron’s Sales and Lease property on Jesse Hall Industrial Park Road and problems with strays around her house have created safety hazards.
