James Connors Jr. has been charged with two counts of murder in the shooting deaths of his brother and sister-in-law, who were killed Jan. 22 at their Pike County home.
Pike County Chief Deputy Steve Rushing said Connors, 56, was charged Tuesday in the deaths of Kenneth R. Connors, 64, and Sandra Capitano Connors, 59.
