A civil suit filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in New Orleans on behalf of missing oil rig worker Shane Roshto and his wife Natalie accuses platform operator Transocean and BP of negligence in the explosion that destroyed the Deepwater Horizon rig Tuesday night.
The rig sank Thursday in the Gulf of Mexico.
