“If you can make a story out of me, you’re pretty good writer,” Phillip King said as he eased into a chair in the waiting area of his barbershop Wednesday afternoon.
“Today’s my birthday — I’m 63,” King said.
“I’ve been cutting hair for 45 years, and I’ll do it for another 45,” he added.
