Officials say missing La. woman found dead under bridge

TYLERTOWN — Wal-thall County authorities have identified the body of a woman found Wednesday under a bridge on Lee Chapel Road as that of Kelly Ann Erwin, Coroner Shannon Hartzog said.

Erwin, 44, of New Orleans, had been reported missing since Dec. 10.

Body found in rural Walthall County ID'd as missing woman

Authorities have identified a body found Wednesday in rural Walthall County as Kelly Ann Erwin, a Louisiana woman who has been missing since Dec. 10.

Erwin was reported missing on Dec. 10 in the Copper’s Ford area, which is near the area on Lee Chapel Road where the body was found by passers-by on a four-wheeler.

Haskins family files suit in Amite county

LIBERTY — Missing guard rails on the Mary Wall Road bridge contributed to the death of Susan Haskins, according to a lawsuit filed against the Amite County Board of Supervisors by her father, Carldon O. Haskins Jr.

William Goodwin, Haskins’ attorney, filed the suit for Haskins on Dec. 10 in Amite County Circuit Court, records show.
