McComb Mayor Zach Patterson has no authority to take legal action for the city without the approval of the board of selectmen, Pike County Circuit Judge David Strong ruled Thursday.
The ruling came in his decision on Patterson’s appeal of the McComb Civil Service Commission’s reinstatement of Greg Martin as acting police chief.
