Southwest Mississippi Community College dropped a basketball double header Thursday at Mississippi Gulf Coast as the Lady Bears fell 81-71 while the Bears were defeated 76-60.
In the early game, the Southwest ladies fell behind 7-0 early before storming back to lead 37-30 at the break behind Ivielle Stewart’s three 3-pointers.
