Andy Gipson entered the Golden Corral in McComb on Thursday wearing his trademark white Stetson, greeted local officials and his uncle Larry from Osyka and in over the course of about 20 minutes gave a wide-ranging speech about farming, this week’s ice storm and his plans if he’s elected governor next year.
