A Summit business owner complained to the town council Tuesday that it is engaging in favoritism, lacks transparency and has no vision for growth.
“I don’t like the direction that the council is going, some of the things that are being done,” Kenneth Fitzpatrick said at the end of Tuesday’s board meeting.
