Equipment woes for Magnolia’s Public Works Department are leading to lost work and jobs being outsourced at higher costs, city officials acknowledged Tuesday.
Public Works Director John Wilkinson said he had his eyes on a new truck at a local dealerships, but he never got a chance to follow up on it.
