A landlady complained to Pike County supervisors Wednesday about being routinely left to cover former tenants’ overdue garbage bills, saying she shouldn’t be responsible for other people’s delinquency.
“I just feel like in today’s age that people need to be responsible for their own bills,” Edie Montalvo said.
