MEADVILLE — Kacey Smith stood up and set West Marion down one by one Wednesday night, giving her Franklin County Lady Bulldogs an 8-0 shutout on Senior Night.
Franklin County (15-8, 3-4) got 11 strikeouts from Smith, who went the distance, allowed one walk and one hit.
