S. Pike teams fall to Lanier in home finale

Heading into Tuesday’s regular season home finale against Lanier, the South Pike boys knew two things: that they had secured a playoff spot and that it would be their last game of the regular season as the finale at North Pike scheduled for Friday would not happen due to the Jaguars being in Covid-19 quarantine.

South Pike teams split against Lawrence County

Late last week, the South Pike girls were struggling and on a three-game losing streak. However, the Eagles closed out the week with a much-needed boost Friday when they fought hard and pulled out a 45-37 win over visiting Lawrence County.
