McComb Market sold around 2,500 ribeyes at its fundraiser for longtime manager Gene Moak, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.
“It went fantastic,” said the store’s meat manager Ben Griffith. “The community went above and beyond. They came out and showed their support and we ran out of ribeyes by 6:30.”
