In a 4-1 vote, Magnolia aldermen voted to terminate Magnolia Volunteer Fire Department chief T.J. Bowman.
Board members made the decision in closed executive session Tuesday night, with aldermen Becky Magee, Clarence Burton Jr., Antonio Martin and Darrell Pounds in favor of the termination and alderman Joe Cornacchione opposing.
