Osyka Mayor Allen Applewhite asked supervisors Tuesday to pave six streets in his town, with the county to provide equipment and manpower and the town to buy the materials.
“We have several streets that are deplorable. With our budget we can’t afford to buy equipment,” he said, noting the town’s budget was just $109,822 last year.
