LIBERTY — Unexcused student absences continue to trouble the Amite County School District, Superintendent Scotty Whittington said last week.
Unexcused absences account for 3.3 percent of the elementary student population and 3.8 percent of the high school student population in Amite County, according to the superintendent’s report.
