McComb lawmaker Sam Mims says he’s “disappointed” that the U.S. Supreme Court decided not to take up a state appeal Monday of an injunction that had put a Mississippi law limiting abortions on hold.
The law, which took effect in 2012, would have required doctors providing abortions to have admitting privileges at hospitals.
