Sojourner not conceding

Sen. Melanie Sojourner is not ready to concede the Senate District 37 race, saying she is “in a holding pattern” and considering a review of ballot boxes after narrowly losing a re-election.

If Sojourner decides to review the boxes, she has until Nov. 23 to do so.
