State Auditor Stacey Pickering challenged area Republicans Thursday to make a concerted effort to return to the “absolute truths we as Americans, we as Mississippians, believe.”
“As a nation, as a state. throughout our history, we’ve asked, are we heading in the right direction?” Pickering said. “We’re asking that question now.”
