The third time was not the charm for McComb Mayor Zach Patterson.
Though Circuit Judge David Strong granted the mayor continuances in his civil lawsuit against Police Chief Greg Martin in February and June, he denied Patterson’s request on Monday.
The trial remains scheduled for next Monday.
