On Jan. 17, a confrontation between McComb City Administrator Quordiniah Lockley and Department of Community Relations and Tourism Director Tasha Dillon allegedly took place after a McComb NAACP Youth Council Martin Luther King Day prayer breakfast at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.
