Storm hits Magnolia

A storm late Tuesday night wreaked havoc in Magnolia but limited its damage to a small portion of the city’s downtown.

Magnolia Police Chief Ray Reynolds said the storm caused damage to several business and knocked out power to the traffic signal at Clark and Bay streets between 10:30 p.m. Tuesday and 1:20 this morning.
