McComb Mayor Zach Patterson suspended City Attorney Rachel Wilson Michel on Friday and offered the job on an interim basis to Municipal Judge Pro Tem Brandon Frazier.
Frazier, who also has worked on nuisance property cases for the city in the past year, would have to resign as city judge to accept.
