Pike County Supervisors have filed a suit against O’Con of Mississippi, which operates Magnolia Jewelry Factory Outlet, to cancel its lease and collect back rent payments and other monies owed.
The suit, which is one side of a legal argument, was filed recently in Pike County Chancery Court.
