Every day we get to see herds of camels along the winding road from Camp Chabelley U.S. Air Force Base near Djibouti City, Africa, returning to our company-based hotel on the banks of the Red Sea.
I have always been intrigued with these unique mammals since a little boy and seeing my very first camel at the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans.
